When you book a repair, ask for a quote, use the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, address, the service you need and any message or email address you add.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you, confirm your appointment, visit your home and give you the service you asked for. We do not sell your details and we do not send them to advertisers.
Who else may handle it
To run the website we use some outside services: WhatsApp (when you choose to message us), Google Maps and Google Fonts (to show the map and the text style), and, if switched on for this website, Web3Forms (to email us your request), Google Sheets (to keep our booking list) and Google Analytics (to count visits). These services have their own privacy rules.
Cookies and saved settings
The website may save small settings in your browser, for example your language choice (English or Urdu). If Google Analytics is switched on, it may also use cookies to count visits. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to give you service and to answer any questions about a past visit.
